You may cancel your donation within 24 hours of payment. To cancel, contact us with your donation details and reason for cancellation.
Refunds are issued at the discretion of the Foundation. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
Some donations may be non-refundable, such as donations for specific projects or made through third-party platforms.
If a transaction is incomplete or there is a technical issue, contact us immediately. We will ensure your donation is processed correctly.
